CFCM WOD- 3 rounds 1 minute at each station
45 lb kettlebell
Wallball w / 20 lb
Sledge hammer fun
Hanging knee raises
Super pushup ( pushup then catch yourself on a wallball w both hands )

Feeling tired today will do a very light row at noon but don't want to push it.
