TABATA= PAIN

TABATA workout
20sec on 10 sec off for 8 rounds
4 exercises, Pushups, Pullups, Squat, Butterfly Situp

Tabata is all about Strategy and timing, you want high, consistent reps without totally trashing every ounce of juice you have on the first round, find a nice consistent pace and try to stick it out for 8 rounds Good Luck.

6AM class, Pullups, Pushups, Squat, Situps

I'm happy with my burpee time. Not the fastest in the pit, but much better than last time.

Tabata.... well, I went down on two and up on two.

pushups went up by one
sit ups went up by one
squats went down by one (my quads are killing me)
pullups went down by two (I'm trying a new grip)

Great workout, it is exhausting!!!!
