CFCM- WOD- deadlift 5x5 225 warmup, 315, 365,365,405,315
Didn't want to push it didn't want to hurt my back

Noontime - 4x500 meter, 1:30 rest in between sets

Love the "Crossfit" stuff Rocky does to get ready. It goes back a long way now doesn't it! Gee I feel like going to chug a dozen raw eggs before my noon row........
